Over 20 Years of Creating Lasting Social Impact

About us

Since 2002, Logement HAN has revolutionized adapted housing through a unique model that blends architectural innovation with strategic partnerships. We are social innovators transforming the lives of people with support needs by creating environments that promote autonomy, dignity, and a true sense of fulfillment.

Our Mission

We develop and manage adapted, affordable housing for low-income individuals living with a physical or intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or for seniors in need of accessible living spaces.

A home is more than just a roof, it’s a foundation for autonomy, social inclusion, and personal growth. Every day, we work to ensure our residents live with dignity and security, in environments where they have the support they need to truly thrive.

Our Vision for 2030

Target: 1,500 new adapted and affordable housing units across Quebec and Canada.

We envision a future where everyone, regardless of age or ability, has access to housing that meets their needs. Through strong partnerships and a collaborative approach, we are scaling our innovative model to respond to the growing demand for inclusive, dignified living environments.

With Logement HAN, an inclusive future isn’t just imagined, it’s being built, one home at a time.

What Sets Us Apart

Human-Oriented

We put people at the heart of everything we do. From project design and planning to partnerships and property management, human well-being guides every decision.

Adapted

Our homes offer up to 55 customized adaptations to meet the specific challenges our tenants face. More than just physical adjustments, we design spaces that promote independence, dignity, and connection, for residents, their families, and their communities.

Next-Generation

Our forward-thinking business model, refined over 23 years, is built on a strong ecosystem of committed partners. This allows us to ensure long-term affordability and sustainability, even in the midst of a housing crisis. We don’t just construct buildings; we create inclusive environments that transform lives.

Our Approach

Contributing to
Well-Being

Living in adapted housing creates a positive cycle for people with disabilities, fostering greater autonomy, pride, self-esteem, and deeper engagement in their community.

Fostering Autonomy

Our housing is designed to empower. Every architectural detail is thoughtfully planned to help residents carry out daily activities independently and lead fulfilling lives in line with their aspirations.

Ensuring Long-Term Sustainability

Before launching a project, we ensure strong community involvement, long-term support structures, and a commitment to lasting affordability.

Collaborating for Impact

Our strength comes from our network of dedicated partners. At every step, we work alongside specialized designers and architects, local organizations, public and government institutions, socially responsible businesses, and philanthropic supporters who share our vision.
