Our units are for people living with a recognized disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or seniors in need of adapted housing. These units are designed to support the autonomy and well-being of the tenants.
You can support Logement HAN by making a financial donation, by becoming a partner or by helping raise awareness of our mission in the community.
We have housing projects in several regions of Quebec, including Estrie, Gaspésie and Bas-Saint-Laurent. You can visit our Projects page or contact us to learn more about projects in your area.

Criteria include accessibility and affordability needs, a physical or intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or a need for adapted housing due to advanced age. We prioritize people who do not have access to other adapted housing options.
The rent cost for affordable housing is determined by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) according to the region. Our housing is also eligible for the Rent Supplement Program, which allows eligible tenants to pay only 25% of their income in rent.
We have 3½ and 4½ apartments for rent, designed to be adapted and affordable. To find out which units are available in your area, visit our Projects section or contact our customer service department.
As part of our 2021–2026 strategic plan, we are planning to build 400 new housing units to meet growing demand for adapted housing.
Our goal is to build more than 1,500 units by 2030, expanding our presence across Quebec to increase access to adapted housing wherever there is high demand.

You contribute to building inclusive communities, offering adapted housing solutions that allow people with disabilities and seniors to live in dignity. No matter the amount, every gesture counts and makes a real difference in the lives of Logement HAN residents.
Your donation will help fund the construction and long-term sustainability of adapted and affordable housing, meeting the urgent needs of people with specific support requirements. It will help create safe and accessible environments in which tenants can live independently, preserve their dignity and thrive.

Additionally, this housing provides valuable support to caregivers, reducing the need for hospitalization or the use of care facilities while reducing stress over their loved one’s future.
Access to adapted and affordable housing is a basic need, especially for people with disabilities and seniors with a low income. These people face daily obstacles in obtaining dignified, safe and accessible housing. By donating, you are directly helping to address this urgent need by providing housing that maintains their autonomy, dignity and well-being.
Also, thanks to our units being eligible for the Rent Supplement Program, tenants pay only 25% of their income in rent, making these homes financially accessible.
